South Dakota LLCs administratively dissolved may reinstate under S.D. Codified Laws § 47-34A-811. All delinquent annual reports must be filed, a Tax Clearance Request from the Department of Revenue obtained, and the application submitted. Reinstatement is $300, plus $30 per back annual report and a $50 late fee per delinquent report. No statutory deadline.
