1. Who we are
Sprint Filings (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Northbeam Services LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. By using sprintfilings.com or ordering a service from us you agree to these Terms.
2. Not a law firm
Sprint Filings is a private filing service. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and do not represent you in legal proceedings. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.
3. Our service
We prepare and submit state filings (annual reports, certificates of good standing, dissolutions, and similar documents) to the U.S. state government agency you select. We act on the information you provide. State filing fees are paid to the state and are non-refundable. Our service fee covers preparation, filing, and confirmation.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree that the information you provide is true and accurate, and that you are authorized to file on behalf of the business named in your order. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion if information appears incomplete, inaccurate, or is being used to facilitate unlawful activity.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy for details. In short: if we cancel an order before submitting to the state, we refund both the state fee and the service fee. If the state rejects the filing for a reason within our control, we re-file at no additional service charge. State filing fees, once submitted, are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprint Filings's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of our service is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific order in the 90 days preceding the claim.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
