Refund Policy

Effective 2026-01-01.

Full refunds

If we haven't yet submitted your filing to the state, we'll refund 100% of what you paid — both the state fee and the service fee. Email support@sprintfilings.com with your order ID.

SLA refund

If we don't submit a complete order to the state within one business day of payment, we refund our service fee. State filing fees are non-refundable.

Service-fee refunds

If we've already submitted your filing to the state, the state filing fee is non-refundable (the state has it now, not us). We will, however, refund our service fee if the filing failed because of an error on our end.

Re-filing at no charge

If the state rejects the filing because of something we got wrong, we re-file at no additional service charge — you only pay the new state fee if the state charges one for a re-submission.

How to request a refund

Email support@sprintfilings.com from the address on your order with your order ID and a brief description. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
