What it actually means.

In Wyoming, an administratively dissolved LLC may seek reinstatement under Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 17-29-705 within 2 years if it cures the underlying issue. The $100 reinstatement fee plus any delinquent annual report amounts ($60 or $0.0002 of Wyoming assets, whichever is greater), and if the problem was a missing registered agent, a $250 penalty plus $5 registered-agent change filing.
